By using this website, requesting a quote, paying an invoice, or paying via a secure online payment link, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Pyxis provides China-based product sourcing and related professional services, which may include:
We distinguish between professional services (time-and-expertise work billed by fixed fee, hourly, or day rate) and sourcing projects (procurement of goods under a separate written sourcing contract).
Product Research is a paid service. Fees and tiers are listed on our Pricing page. Work typically begins after payment clears.
Deliverables may include product pricing sheets, manufacturer quotations, supplier options, and high-level notes on export procedures. Research does not guarantee that you will place an order, that a factory will accept your terms, or that a specific commercial outcome will be achieved.
Unless your written quote states otherwise, if you proceed with an All-In-One sourcing engagement within 30 days of paying the research fee, we will credit 100% of that research fee against our All-In-One commission for that engagement. Unused credit is not paid out as cash.
Published rates on the Pricing page are reference rates. Final fees may be adjusted for complexity, location, urgency, and scope. On-site work is billed with a minimum of four (4) hours or as a full day, as agreed in your quote. Travel and accommodation, samples, and sample shipping may be billed separately.
All-In-One sourcing is typically charged as a percentage of total cost within the range shown on Pricing; the exact percentage is confirmed in your quote or sourcing contract.
We may collect payment by bank transfer, or card / local methods via secure online payment links or invoices. This website does not host an embedded checkout cart; payment links are sent directly to you.
Professional services are generally payable in advance. Sourcing-project payment schedules (deposits, balances, factory payments) are set in the applicable sourcing contract.
Refund and cancellation rules for professional services (including Product Research) and the relationship to sourcing contracts are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
When you engage us to purchase or manage production of goods, the parties will enter a sourcing contract (or equivalent written agreement) for that product and supplier. That contract controls deposits, quality standards, Incoterms, timelines, and project-specific refund or cancellation terms.
You agree to provide accurate product requirements, respond to clarifying questions in a timely manner, and ensure you have rights to any designs, brands, or specifications you ask us to source or develop. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your destination market (including product safety, labeling, and import rules), except where we expressly agree in writing to handle a defined China-side customs task.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for commercial decisions you make based on research or recommendations. For professional services, our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. For sourcing projects, liability is as stated in the applicable sourcing contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, unless a sourcing contract specifies a different forum for that project.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new engagements.
