We accept credit/debit cards and local methods via secure online payment links, plus bank transfers. We hold bank accounts in mainland China and can arrange international settlement through online payment services.
Product Research and other professional service fees are refundable only within 24 hours of payment if we have not started work or sent deliverables. After any deliverable is sent, fees are final. Deciding not to buy is not grounds for a refund. Sourcing projects follow the refund terms in your sourcing contract.

Customs procedures changes for every country and even products. We will handle the China customs no matter the product. But we can not help with the custom procedures of the destination country.
