After you send us your requirements we search for manufacturers, offer you 2-3 options. After you lock the decision we negotiate the price, inspect the goods, handle the documentation and ship to your destination. We handle entire China sourcing end-to-end.
Yes. Standalone Product Research starts at $79 per product, with discounts for multiple products. If you place an order within 30 days, we credit 100% of that research fee toward our commission. See Pricing and our Refund Policy for details.
We accept credit/debit cards and local methods via secure online payment links, plus bank transfers. We hold bank accounts in mainland China and can arrange international settlement through online payment services.
Product Research and other professional service fees are refundable only within 24 hours of payment if we have not started work or sent deliverables. After any deliverable is sent, fees are final. Deciding not to buy is not grounds for a refund. Sourcing projects follow the refund terms in your sourcing contract. See our Refund Policy.
This is the main selling point of our service. We inspect the products and the factory before purchase so you get what you ordered, without traveling to China. We handle it on the ground.
Customs procedures change by country and product. We handle China customs for every product. We cannot manage customs procedures in the destination country.
